HISTORY
1985
-
The very first Master's Commission begins in Phoenix, AZ. Students dedicated one year of their life to scripture memory, study of the word, and ministry. One year dedicated to God without any distractions to the cause of Christ. Since then, God has poured his blessing on Master's Commission, and given opportunity for multiplication in churches across the United States and around the world!
1994
-
The Master's Commission International Network, MCIN, under the leadership of Lloyd Ziegler is formed out of a need for a network. The MCIN is an affiliation of Master's Commissions who share the same heart and desire for character, integrity, and discipleship. If a Master's Commission program has been recognized by the MCIN, then it meets the standards and mirrors the original heart of this movement.
2001
-
From the invite of Michael McNamee, missionary Brad Liebe starts the first Master's Commission in Europe in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since 2001 over 10 new Master's Commission programs have opened their doors all throughout Europe with many, many more in the making. God is moving like never before training up the next generation of leaders ad missionaries throughout Europe!
2005
-
A new days has dawned, as an extension of MCIN the MCE Board is formed as the standard of Master's Commissions in Europe. A handful of Directors and Leaders participated in this historic meeting where the very first Master's Commission Network (MCE) is established. This recognizes that MCE preserves the same integrity and purity of heart that Master's Commission was originally founded in 1984.
